Is this a subscription?
No. Fees are project-priced per audit, case or campaign. Capital Desk is quoted per scope. There are no monthly seats on diroco.com.
Can I upgrade from Audit to Solo?
Yes. Audit fee can credit toward Solo X-Ray on the same listing within 30 days of delivery.
Do prices include VAT or local taxes?
Quotes are ex-VAT unless stated on your order confirmation. ROVLEX INTERNATIONAL LTD invoices in the currency agreed at kickoff.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Minor compliance edits are included in the review round. Material new assumptions or extra listings are quoted as change requests before work proceeds.
How does this compare to CRM?
CRM stores contacts. DIROCO ships client-ready investment cases and audit packs. Most agents keep their CRM; they add DIROCO for the conversation layer buyers actually read.
Is there a refund?
Diagnostic packs are non-refundable once delivered. Scoping calls for Capital Desk are free; project fees are set before analyst time is booked.
