A trade house for goods from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan

What we do

• Buy and sell. We buy goods for your specification from producers in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and sell them to you under one contract: food, textiles and industrial goods.
• Check origin. We offer goods only after checking that they can meet the EU GSP rules of origin. For many items, that means zero EU duty under GSP+ once the exporter's statement on origin (REX) confirms it.
• Arrange documents. We arrange the documents for your product group and, on request, an independent inspection before shipment.
• Hand over. FCA exporter's warehouse in Kyrgyzstan/Uzbekistan; you arrange carriage to the EU.

How we work

• Our own name. You contract with BIG RENTALS EU EOOD as seller. Payment terms follow the buyer's preferred structure and are fixed in the offer and contract; letter of credit (incl. transferable LC) is a standard option alongside prepayment.
• In writing. Requests, offers, changes and documents go by email from sales@diroco.com.
• Documents before shipment. You review the document set, and the inspection report if you asked for one, before the goods leave.
• Clear roles. You are the importer and clear the goods at destination.
• Prices in the offer. Each written offer states product, origin, Incoterm, delivery window, price and payment terms.

What we don't do

• We don't publish prices on the website.
• We don't sell to consumers or retail.
• We don't offer goods from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan or Tajikistan as GSP+ goods.
• We don't treat simple assembly or repacking in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan as origin.
• We don't source electrical goods that still need CE marking.
