How it worksdiroco.com/how-it-works/

From a supplier in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan to your EU business in five steps

You send one written request. We buy the goods in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan, arrange the documents and sell them to you in our own name, FCA at the exporter's warehouse in Kyrgyzstan/Uzbekistan; you arrange carriage and act as importer at destination.

In one line

  1. Request
  2. sourcing in KG/UZ
  3. inspection on request
  4. hand-over FCA
  5. import into the EU.

The five steps

  1. Step 1: You send a request

Tell us the product, the specification, the quantity per shipment and your destination in the EU. Add your target date if you have one.

    • You do: send the request form or an email to sales@diroco.com.
    • We do: read it, ask what is missing, in writing.
  2. Step 2: We source in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan

We match your specification with suppliers in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan. Before we offer, we check three things:

    • the goods can meet the EU GSP rules of origin: simple assembly, repacking or blending in KG or UZ is not enough;
    • the supplier can issue a statement on origin (REX);
    • for cables and electrical goods, the product already carries CE marking.

You get: a written offer with product, origin, Incoterm, delivery window, price and payment terms.

  3. Step 3: Independent pre-shipment inspection on request

On request, an independent inspector checks the goods in Tashkent or Bishkek before loading. Then the goods are loaded and sealed.

    • You get: the document set for your goods, and the inspection report if you asked for one, before they leave.
  4. Step 4: Hand-over FCA

We hand the goods over FCA at the exporter's warehouse in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan (Incoterms 2020). You, or your forwarder, arrange carriage to the EU.

    • You get: the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents.
  5. Step 5: Import into the EU

Customs clearance takes place at destination. Border formalities apply on entry to the EU: the entry summary declaration and any official controls. Honey is checked at the EU border control post of first entry.

You, or your customs representative, release the goods into free circulation and pay import VAT and any duty due.

You are the importer, and that keeps roles clear

Many buyers expect the seller to handle EU import. Then the goods sit at a terminal while two parties argue about who files the declaration.

Every day there costs storage. A wrong declaration can also cost you the duty preference you planned for.

We fix the roles before the offer:

  • We sell to you in our own name, FCA exporter's warehouse in Kyrgyzstan/Uzbekistan.
  • You are the importer: the customs declaration and any duty are yours.
  • The statement on origin (REX) travels with the goods, so you can claim GSP+ where it applies: zero duty for many items once origin is confirmed.
  • Not sure you can receive goods under transit as importer? Say so in the form. We explain the options in writing.

Documents that usually travel with your goods

  • Statement on origin (REX), issued by the exporter
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Inspection report, if you asked for an inspection
  • Phytosanitary certificate or official certificate for animal products, where EU rules require it for the item
  • For honey: the official certificate on the EU model for honey and the CHED-P pre-notification
  • For cables and electrical goods: the manufacturer's EU declaration of conformity, or the declaration of performance for building cables
