From your request to hand-over, checked before anything ships

A supplier in Bishkek or Tashkent looks promising. Is the factory real? Will the origin paperwork hold at EU customs?

One missing statement on origin and you pay full EU duty. One unchecked lot and the problem surfaces after delivery.

1. 01

   You send a request. Product, specification, quantity per shipment and EU destination.

2. 02

   We source and check origin. We match suppliers in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan and check that the goods can meet the EU GSP rules of origin.

3. 03

   You get a written offer. Product, origin, Incoterm, delivery window, price and payment terms.

4. 04

   Inspection, on request. We arrange an independent pre-shipment inspection in Tashkent or Bishkek, then loading and sealing.

5. 05

   Documents checked before shipment. We assemble the document package: statement on origin (REX), plus phytosanitary or veterinary certificates where EU rules require them. We check it, and you review it before the goods leave.

6. 06

   Hand-over. FCA at the exporter's warehouse; you arrange carriage. You are the importer and clear the goods at destination.

Full process and who does what

Zero EU duty under GSP+ for many items, with confirmed origin (REX / statement on origin)

Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are GSP+ beneficiaries of the EU. Many goods that originate there enter the EU without customs duty once the exporter's statement on origin confirms it. Not every line is covered: sultanas in packs over 2 kg, for example, still pay duty.

Three rules decide whether your shipment qualifies:

• Origin must be real. Simple assembly, repacking or blending in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan does not confer origin.
• Only KG and UZ. Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan do not have GSP+.
• The rate is checked per shipment. We look up the TARIC rate for your HS code before dispatch, as information for you.

Built for EU importers who buy in writing

• We sell in our own name. You buy from us under one contract. Payment terms follow the buyer's preferred structure and are fixed in the offer and contract; letter of credit (incl. transferable LC) is a standard option alongside prepayment.
• We work in writing. Requests, offers and documents go by email.
• B2B only. We work with EU companies that act as importer. No retail.
